He was Vice President & Corporate Secretary from 1999 to 2001, Vice President and Controller from 1992 to 1999 and Corporate Controller from 1981 to 1992. As a part of the leadership team, he built a scalable finance function that allowed the company to grow from $6.5 Million to $2.6 billion with the proper reporting, systems and controls and led or was a significant contributor to six IPO’s. He also created the first in-house Secretary and legal liaison function.
